Service and Trust Enable Sullivan Cleaning to Deliver A Cleaner Clean

As more American households consist of two residential partners that work full-time, keeping the home clean often gets pushed to the back burner. With Sullivan Cleaning of Moore, however, home and business owners have a trusted partner in Amber Brown and Keisha Sullivan's cleaning company, which stands out from its competitors by the level of trust and customer care it provides.

"I think people pick us when they want the highest quality for their money," explains Brown. "They want to be treated well. They want to know they can trust their service, both to respect their space and belongings and to deliver real clean. People choose us because we are reliable; we stay in contact and do what we're supposed to do when we're supposed to do it. Businesses and home owners do not want their cleaning service to be a stress factor. So, they choose us. They choose us because we pay attention to the little things and put 200% into what we do."

The company provides commercial and residential cleaning services for properties in and around the Oklahoma City area. Most customers hire Sullivan Cleaning for their recurring cleaning services, which can be scheduled on a monthly, biweekly, 2-3 times weekly or daily basis.

For homes and businesses that need some serious elbow grease, the company can provide a deep cleaning service (which is usually followed by recurring services for upkeep.) They also specialize in move-in or out cleans for both homes and businesses. Cleaners usually work in teams of two and work Monday through Sunday.

It was a love of cleaning and desire for entrepreneurship that inspired Brown to launch the business. "We had first hand knowledge of the cleaning industry and knew we could provide a better service than most people were getting from their professional cleaning service," she says. "We also knew that we could start out ourselves and liked the idea of humbly approaching the big world of business."

Trust is usually a major factor when hiring a cleaning company, and Brown, Sullivan, and her staff assure that they respect every client's space and expectations. As part of that trust, Sullivan Cleaning is bonded, insured, and a member of the IJCSA (International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association.) The company's Facebook page states that staff will never enter a space they have not been asked to clean, nor will they handle cash, jewelry, or expensive electronics, and the same individuals will be sent to a home or business for recurring cleaning services, every time.

Working in teams of two ensures a thorough cleaning job without the pressure or stress to rush through a job. Just about every job can be customized, and the company offers add-on services such as washing window blinds, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen appliances, and cleaning yard fixtures such as BBQ pits and patio furniture. All of this ensures what the company calls "a cleaner clean" and keeps customers contacting them for repeat services.

"We keep the lines of communication open; we ask for feedback, correct mistakes immediately and listen," says Brown. "All of these combined ensure that we're able to provide not just a consistently superior clean but a consistently superior client experience as well."
